In order to make your reservation you can proceed through either of these options:

a) access the reservation form at  http://www.emmecicongressi.it/english-islped-reservations/?lang=en to directly reserve your hotel through the EmmeCi tourist agency , which is directly managing ISLPED accomodation support. Please allow for maximum 1 day for the agency to respond as they may be serving many requests together.
b) visit the e-booking site http://www.emmecicongressi.it/prenotazioni-alberghiere/?lang=en and click on Book Now (you can select the English language on the top-right page corner)
c) use any e-booking site you like most, by searching the hotel name and address (e.g. http://booking.com, http://trivago.com, etc.: sometimes you can find special offers)
