Topics and submission format

Topics

Specific topics include, but are not limited to, the following two main areas, and the new for the 2015 edition, the Industrial Design Track. For specific details, view the Call for Papers :
  1. Technology, Circuits, and Logic and Architecture
  2. CAD Tools and Methodologies, Systems and Platform, and Software and Applications
  3. Industrial Design Track (NEW)
    1. Industry Perspectives
For the first time, ISLPED15 solicits papers for an "Industrial Design" track to reinforce interaction between the academic research community and industry. Industrial Design track papers have the same submission deadline as regular papers and should focus on similar topics, but are expected to provide a complementary perspective to academic research by focusing on challenges, solutions, and lessons learnt while implementing industrial-scale designs. In addition to purely hardware focused papers, papers describing power optimizations through an interaction of hardware and software are also welcome.

    2. Submissions on new topics: emerging technologies, architectures/platforms, and applications are particularly encouraged.

Submission Format & Instructions

Submissions should be full-length papers of up to 6 pages (double-column, IEEE Conference Proceedings format, available here, including all illustrations, tables, references and abstract. Papers exceeding the six-page limit will not be reviewed. Submission must be anonymous: papers identifying the authors and/or with explicit references to their prior work will be automatically rejected. Electronic submission in pdf format only via the web is required. Detailed call of Papers as well as information on electronic submission will be available later at this website. Invited Talk, Panel, and Tutorial call for proposals will be available later at this website.
