Registration and payment of fees is required to attend any of the Conference Events. The registration system accepts credit cards and PayPal and charges in U.S. Dollars (USD).


Note that at least one author of papers appearing in the Proceedings must register at a non-student rate.


Attendees requiring an invitation letter for Visa purposes must first register for the conference before a letter can be generated. The registration system provides an option to request an invitation letter.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be accepted until July 1, 2018. Refunds will be made for the full amount less a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued after July 1, 2018. Please submit cancellation requests via email to Thomas Wenisch at twenisch@umich.edu.
